- Fill a glass with ice and pour the cold brew over it.
- In a separate cup, combine the heavy cream, caramel syrup, and salt.
- Froth the mixture using a milk frother, French press (pump the plunger), or a whisk until it thickens into a creamy foam.
- Gently spoon the salted caramel cold foam on top of the cold brew.
