The Story:
The name hearkens back to the port of Mokha in Yemen, a historic center for the coffee trade. The modern Mocha is essentially a chocolate latte, combining the richness of espresso with the sweetness of chocolate. It's the perfect bridge for those who can't decide between a coffee and a hot chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate syrup or sauce (or 1 tbsp cocoa powder mixed with 1 tbsp hot water)
  • ¾ cup steamed milk

Method
