Prep Time 5 minutes
Brewing time 3 minutes
Total Time 8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong coffee or 1 shot espresso, cooled
  • ½ cup milk (oat & almond milk work great as well)
  • 2 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups ice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • whipped cream & caramel drizzle for garnish

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

  1. Take a tablespoon of Caramel syrup & drizzle it all over the inside of your serving glass
  2. Combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel syrup, and ice in a blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
  4. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle generously with more caramel sauce.
  5. Pro Tip #1: For a richer, thicker consistency, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a tablespoon of plain yogurt to the blender.
  6. Pro Tip #2: Swap your regular ice cubes for frozen coffee cubes in your homemade Frappuccino. As they melt, your drink stays rich and creamy instead of getting watered down. No more weak, diluted sips at the bottom!
